Aim Concept began with the belief that success lies with continuous hard work and dedication to life-long learning, innovation, and integrity.
Our philosophy of excellence in construction and unbridled drive to succeed became the foundation of our consistent and undeniable growth in the industry.
In less than two decades, our founder, Dato Abd Rahim Jaafar and his team of homegrown talents grew the company to unprecedented heights with every complex, demanding, and high-impact project accomplished.
Growing in strength from an RM25,000 project to our first seven-figure project at 3.2 million and to building projects worth RM600 million, Aim Concept has established our footing in the industry as one of the fastest-growing and strongest Bumiputera construction companies.
With every successful project completion, we have proven that consistency delivers, and multiplies into new opportunities that set us apart from our competitors.
From working with small government agencies and private companies, then graduating to become a long-term partner to some of the biggest and most important national entities such as the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health, our story is nothing short of a testament that success is possible.
Our then small, skeletal outfit grew into a multi-disciplinary team of 68 individuals who embraced our ethos by heart. Together, we spark ideas that inspire a million sketches and draft solutions that push the industry forward.
